Are you a sharp, dynamic, and motivated individual looking to break into the luxury automotive industry?

Land Rover of Brooklyn is hiring a select group of driven and talented individuals to learn the business from the ground up. You'll start as a Vehicle Acquisition Specialst, working with real-time Kelley Blue Book leads from clients looking to sell us their vehicles. From there, you'll move into a Sales Assistant role and, with strong performance, earn a promotion to our high-performing sales team.

This is a fast-paced, structured environment with real training, clear milestones, and one of the strongest growth tracks in the industry (many of our top team members move up within 6 to 12 months). Key Responsibilities

  • Product Presentation: Learn the Land Rover and Range Rover lineup inside and out. Present complex features and packages in a way that's clear, exciting, and valuable to our clients. 
  • Lead Management: You will be provided hundreds of leads per month of individuals who are interested in selling their vehicle. You will be tasked with calling, e-mailing and texting these leads constantly to come into the dealership so that we can buy their car.
  • Purchase Negotiation: With guidance from management, present transparent, well-structured offers that earn client trust and drive dealership profitability. You’ll learn how to handle objections, present data from Carfax/KBB, and build win-win transactions. 
  • Paperwork Preparation: Handle all backend documentation for vehicle purchases — including titles, lien releases, payoffs, odometer statements, check requests, ownership verification, and other documents.
  • Service Drive Prospecting: You will work with the service department to provide accurate values on customers vehicles, encouraging them to trade in for a new model or simply sell us their vehicle.
  • Sales Team Support: At the end of the day, this is your path to join our sales team — where top performers consistently earn over $200K per year. Along the way, you’ll be expected to support them when needed: jumping on test drives, helping enter trade-ins into the system, and stepping in wherever it helps the team. It’s not your primary role, but it’s part of what makes you a valuable team player.

    • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
    • Prior sales, hospitality, or client service experience is a plus, but not required

 

Career Growth and Compensation
This position starts at $20 per hour. Once you have completed your training you will become eligible for monthly bonuses that can add an additional $5k to $20k of annual income depending on performance. It is important that you understand that there are no raises or negotiation on the hourly rate. Increasing your income will come through performance and/or promotion to a Sales position at one of our locations. This typically takes 12 months to occur. Also, keep in mind this is a competitive environment but not a selfish one. We expect to see quick development and then sustained growth to continue employment as well as advance within the company.

Pay: $48,500.00 - $85,000.00 per year
