Career Path Overview

Here’s what you can expect as you begin your career with us:

  • Week 1: You’ll start with an overview of our dealership’s systems and processes, including training with our vendors to familiarize yourself with the tools you’ll use.
  • Week 2: You’ll shadow various departments to understand the daily roles of our team members.
  • Week 3: You’ll participate in daily sales training with an expert, learning about our competitors, handling objections, and mastering the fundamentals of car sales.

After completing this initial training, you’ll join the Senior Sales Consultant’s team, where you’ll learn about deal structuring, sales techniques, test drive protocols, and follow-up requirements. Your next step will be to progress to a Level 3 Brand Guide role, where you’ll start negotiating sales and earning commissions based on team performance.

With 12-18 months of experience or a proven track record, you’ll advance to a Level 2 Brand Guide, where you’ll operate with greater independence, handling internet leads, showroom clients, and service conquest customers.
